Jerry Mitchell

Director

Jerry Mitchell is a two-time Tony Award winner for Best Choreography—for Kinky Boots (for which he was also nominated for Best Director) and the revival of La Cage aux Folles. He was most recently represented on Broadway as director/choreographer of Pretty Woman: The Musical, now playing on the West End. He also directed On Your Feet! and its international tour, including a recent run at London’s Coliseum Theatre, and received an Olivier Award nomination for his choreography on Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, which he also directed and co-produced in London.

Over a 35-year career, Mitchell has worked on more than 50 Broadway, West End, and touring productions. He began as a dancer for Agnes de Mille in Brigadoon, and later assisted Michael Bennett and Jerome Robbins. His Broadway debut as a choreographer, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, was followed by The Full Monty (Tony nomination), The Rocky Horror Show, Hairspray (Tony nomination, and NBC’s live broadcast), Gypsy, Never Gonna Dance (Tony nomination), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Tony nomination), La Cage aux Folles (Tony Award), Imaginary Friends, Legally Blonde: The Musical (Tony nomination), which he also directed on Broadway and in London, Catch Me If You Can, and Kinky Boots. He is currently developing a new musical, Becoming Nancy.

Mitchell also choreographed both the Off-Broadway productions and film adaptations of Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Jeffrey. More than 30 years ago, he conceived and created Broadway Bares, an annual comedy burlesque benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, where he continues to serve as executive producer. The show inspired West End Bares, which has celebrated over a decade of fundraising and AIDS awareness in support of Terrence Higgins Trust.

DB Bonds

Director

DB Bonds is a seasoned theatre director based in New York City, with over 30 years of professional experience in the industry. Beginning his career as an actor, DB transitioned into directing, where he has since built a distinguished reputation for his creative leadership and global impact.

Since 2013, DB has served as the Supervising Associate Director of the Tony Award-winning Kinky Boots, directing and launching 15 productions worldwide, including in Japan, Germany, London’s West End, Australia, South Korea, and the U.S. First National Tour. He also directed the regional premiere of Kinky Boots at The Muny in St. Louis.

DB continued his long-standing collaboration with director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell on Pretty Woman: The Musical, helping to mount five international productions.

Most recently, DB was the Associate Director of BOOP! The Musical on Broadway, featuring music by David Foster and a book by Bob Martin. In addition to his ongoing production work, he is currently developing several new musicals.

DB holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Shenandoah University. He resides in New York City with his wife and daughter and is represented by Skyler Gray at The Gersh Agency.

Jon Rua

Choreogrpaher

Jon has originated roles in four Tony-nominated Broadway shows: the award-winning musical Hamilton, SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical, Hands on a Hardbody, and In the Heights. On screen, Rua has guest-starred on The Blacklist, Blue Bloods, Law & Order, and in the films Smile 2, Fall to Rise, and First Reformed.

An award-winning creative director/choreographer, he recently set a world premiere for Giordano Dance Chicago and opened the Broadway shows Floyd Collins (dance sequences) and Boop! The Musical (associate choreographer). He helmed Phish’s “Send in the Clones” at Madison Square Garden, the world premiere of 3 Summers of Lincoln and the Hunter S. Thompson musical, and co-choreographed production numbers for Broadway’s SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical, The Cher Show, SpongeBob Musical Live! on Nickelodeon, and the rom-com Isn’t It Romantic.

Regional productions include Macbeth and Rent (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), West Side Story (Milwaukee Repertory Theater), Godspell (Pittsburgh CLO), The Hombres (Two River Theater), and Jesus Christ Superstar and Aida (The Muny). He has also directed music videos and commercials for Coheed and Cambria (“Old Flames”), Lawrence (“More”), Cox Mobile, New York Lottery, and others.

As a writer, Jon’s new play First Gen is currently in development, and his short film Unknown was selected for the New York Latino Film Festival.

Dan Lipton

Music Supervisor

Dan Lipton conducted The Band’s Visit and Sting’s musical The Last Ship on Broadway. He’s arranged music and led bands for Sutton Foster, Kelli O'Hara, Mandy Gonzalez, Brian d’Arcy James, Judy Kuhn, John Lithgow, Martha Plimpton and Audra McDonald, performing at the White House, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Kennedy Center, on Live with Kelly Ripa, The Today Show, PBS Great Performances, Late Show with David Letterman and with major symphony orchestras across the country. Music supervision and orchestrations: An Officer and a Gentleman (US tour), The Other Josh Cohen (off-Broadway), The Drama Desk Awards. Pianist on the Grammy-nominated original Broadway cast recordings of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and The Full Monty, he can also be heard in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Rebecca Hall’s award-winning film Passing and on his own film score for the Orion Classics film All These Small Moments starring Molly Ringwald.

Will Van Dyke

Music Director

Will Van Dyke is a Grammy-nominated musical multi-hyphenate. Most recently Will music directed the 25th Anniversary revival of Mamma Mia! on Broadway. He also served as the Music Director, Arranger, and Orchestrator for Jinkx Monsoon Live at Carnegie Hall. This Fall he'll Music Direct Galileo on Broadway. Other Broadway Music Direction: Swept Away (Helen Hayes Award), The Heart of Rock and Roll, Pretty Woman (also Orchestrations and Arrangements), and Kinky Boots. Will also serves as the Music Supervisor, Orchestrator and Arranger for the hit revival of Little Shop of Horrors off-Broadway. For film, Will served as the Executive Music Producer for Theater Camp. As a writer, he just completed the World Premiere of his music Ten Brave Seconds at Pioneer Theatre Company, an EP of music from the show is available everywhere music is streamed. His other musicals include Writing Kevin Taylor, with Josh Halloway, (Village Theatre/Meadow Brook Theatre), Magnificent Climb, with Rick Elice, fuzzy (Barrington Stage Company, Best New Musical Berkshire Theatre Critics Awards), Imagine Harry (NAMT 2015, 2017 O’Neill Finalist), Wintersong (2016 Goodspeed Johnny Mercer Colony, 2017 NAMT Finalist), The Circle and the Wheel (commissioned by Grove Entertainment and Barbara Whitman Productions) and Seven Broken Hearts (2017 Rhinebeck Writers Retreat), all with Jeff Talbott. Other composition credits include: original scores of Noises Off, The Lehman Trilogy, The Messenger, Ass and i (Pioneer Theatre Company), The 64 Keys (Cleveland Play House), The Gravedigger’s Lullaby (off-Broadway), Straight (off-Broadway), and The Lion King Experience (Disney), among others. Michael Downs

Production Designer

Michael is a distinguished career designer and 3D storyteller, specializing in the creation of immersive events, experiences and environments.  With over 45 years of expertise, he has held diverse roles as Experiential Designer, Creative Director, Production & Scenic Designer, Video Content Designer, Illustrator and Art Director.  His impressive portfolio spans more than 1200 productions across 50 countries, on 5 continents, and in 49 of the 50 United States.Michael’s designers have graced renowned stages from local dinner theatres to Broadway, appeared in nineteen North American Science & Historical Museums, supported the last five Presidential Elections, and featured in six NFL Super Bowls and six OlympicGames.

CAITE HEVNER is a New York City–based designer specializing in projection, production, and scenic design. Joshua Saltman

Multifaceted producer of stage and screen projects, including serving as a lead producer of the live stage musical Rutka. David also brings deep experience as an entertainment attorney, having spent 17 years at The Walt Disney Company where he was Assistant General Counsel, three years as the SVP of Film Acquisitions, Distribution, and Strategy & Business Development at MGM+, and now as the principal at Entertainment Law LLC where he represents clients across the worlds of film, television, theater and more.

DKC/O&M is led by its founder, longtime media strategist Rick Miramontez, who began his career as the press director of the Center Theatre Group / Ahmanson Theatre during its now legendary run of hit productions from 1982 to 1986.
