THE FESTIVAL OFFICIAL DIGITAL TICKET LOTTERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. The Festival Official Digital Ticket Lottery (the "Lottery") is sponsored by A Weekend in the Country, LLC ("Sponsor") and administered by Nederlander Marketing, Inc. dba “Broadway Direct” ("Administrator"). Sponsor is solely responsible for the operation of the Lottery, including the availability of tickets, winner selection, eligibility determinations, ticket assignments, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions. Administrator is responsible solely for administering the Lottery on Sponsor's behalf.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Lottery is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household are not eligible to participate. Each entrant may submit only one (1) entry per Festival day. Duplicate entries for the same Festival day, entries submitted using multiple email addresses or identities, or entries generated through automated means, scripts, bots, or other similar methods are prohibited and may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
3. LOTTERY ENTRY PERIOD. The Lottery entry period is currently scheduled to open on July 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and close on August 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"), which such Entry Period dates may be subject to change by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Entry Period at any time in its sole discretion.
4. HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing the official Lottery entry form available at: https://lottery.broadwaydirect.com/show/the-festival-kingston/. Entrants must select the Festival day for which they wish to be considered and may request up to the maximum number of tickets permitted through the Lottery interface. Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter the Lottery. A purchase will not improve an entrant's chances of being selected.
5. TICKET PURCHASE OPPORTUNITY. Selected entrants will receive the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) admission tickets for the applicable Festival day(s) at the Lottery ticket price announced by Sponsor. Selection in the Lottery does not guarantee admission to The Festival unless the selected entrant timely completes the ticket purchase process. Selection confers only the opportunity to purchase tickets and does not constitute a prize, award, or guarantee of admission until the purchase is successfully completed. The opportunity to purchase tickets has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit. The number of Lottery tickets available for each Festival day shall be determined solely by Sponsor and may vary by day or drawing. The Lottery ticket price for each Festival day will be posted on the Lottery entry page before entries are submitted and may differ by Festival day or ticket type. Tickets may consist of General Admission tickets, Reserved Seating tickets, or any other ticket category designated by Sponsor. Ticket type, seating location (if applicable), quantity available, and all ticket assignments shall be determined solely by Sponsor in its discretion. Lottery ticket prices, if any, will be announced in connection with the applicable Lottery.
6. RANDOM SELECTION. Following the close of the Entry Period, Sponsor or Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawings are currently anticipated to take place on August 3, 2026, at three (3) different drawing times: 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The number of selected entrants will correspond to the number of ticket purchase opportunities Sponsor elects to make available. Odds of being selected depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of ticket purchase opportunities made available. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Lottery are final and binding.
7. NOTIFICATION; PURCHASE DEADLINE. Selected entrants will be notified by email and/or text message using the contact information provided during entry. Selected entrants must complete the required ticket purchase within a 3-hour window after selected winners’ emails are deployed by the Administrator. Payment must be made by the established deadline, which is communicated in the winner notification email. Customers may also check their winner status https://lottery.broadwaydirect.com/check-status/ and are responsible for keeping up to date on their status. The Administrator is not responsible for failures of email delivery. Failure to timely complete the purchase, inability to process payment, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in forfeiture of the ticket purchase opportunity without further notice. Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, select alternate entrants and/or establish a waitlist.
8. TICKET CONDITIONS. All Lottery tickets are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Festival tickets generally. Lottery tickets:
- are non-transferable except as required by law;
- may not be redeemed for cash;
- may not be exchanged except as determined by Sponsor;
- may not be resold in violation of applicable law or Sponsor's ticketing policies; and
- remain subject to all Festival policies and procedures.
Sponsor reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke tickets if obtained or used in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable Festival policies.
9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY; EVENT CHANGES; INDEMNIFICATION. By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Administrator, their respective affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Lottery or the purchase, acceptance, or use of any tickets, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor shall not be responsible for cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, changes in programming, artist substitutions, venue changes, weather conditions, governmental actions, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, public health emergencies, technical failures, or other events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Each entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the entrant's participation in the Lottery, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or misuse of any Lottery tickets.
10. PRIVACY. Any information, including but not limited to personal data, obtained by Sponsor or Administrator in the context of an individuals’ submission of a Lottery entry may be used by Sponsor and/or Administration as provided in each’s privacy policies.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
- verify eligibility and identity;
- disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions;
- cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Lottery if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Lottery;
- modify the number, type, price, or availability of Lottery tickets;
- establish or eliminate waitlists;
- interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions; and
- make all final decisions regarding the administration of the Lottery.
Administrator shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable entries or notifications, nor for technical, network, telecommunications, computer, mobile device, internet, or platform failures of any kind.
12. GOVERNING LAW. The Lottery and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action relating to the Lottery shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each entrant irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
